I found this super yummy recipe on the Cooking Light website and thought I would share it with all of you. It is soooo summery and deliscious! You could cook it on the grill instead of the broiler if you prefer, but for those of us that don't have the option of grilling, broiling worked great!
Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken Thighs
Skinless, boneless thighs cook quickly and are more flavorful than white meat, so they need fewer ingredients. Serve with garlic-roasted potato wedges and a salad or broccolini.
